  • Development of functional specification (and user guide) for application that lets operators see graphically the status of large IT complexes, with drill down capability.
  • Design and implementation of ITIL change management process for a large regional bank.
  • Created unique computer applications curriculum, available through a web server, which teaches use of various computer applications to solve real world, everyday problems.

• Small jobs that solved problems, improved efficiency, and made things easier for users.
  • Eliminated duplicate data entry of grades by teachers.
  • Eliminated manual entry of end of term grades into NYC databases.
  • Built web server and application to let students view up to the minute calculated grades over the school intranet.
  • Built complete Java application and database over a weekend to do student scheduling and automated resolution of scheduling conflicts.
  • Solved puzzle of why one client's import duty rebates were always rejected, which had eluded months of effort by others, saving $40,000.
